We are recruiting for the following positions:
As our yard is in a remote location, you must be able to reliably commute ideally with your own vehicle.
All rates of pay will be dependent on experience and skill level.
Within this role you will handle all aspects of domestic and commercial tree care, from precision dismantling and pruning to sectional felling.
Key responsibilities:
Carrying out all aspects of tree pruning, crown reduction, thinning, and dismantling;
Safely operate chainsaws from a rope and harness at height;
Ground-based support, including dragging brush, feeding woodchippers, and operating winches when required;
Safely load and tow woodchippers and waste vehicles;
Conduct daily equipment safety checks and maintain clean, well-organised gear.
You must also be happy to carry out grounds maintenance and hedge cutting as part of this role.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of professional climbing and chainsaw experience in the field;
Full UK driving licence;
Reliable, physically fit, punctual and a strong team player.

The role will involve carrying out various hard and soft landscaping tasks on site for both domestic and commercial customers. Due to the diversity of our customers, most days are varied with a real mix of work.
Key responsibilities:
Carrying out various hard landscaping tasks on site including but not limited to paving, walling, fencing;
Groundswork;
Following customer instructions;
Maintaining a safe work environment;
Ensuring equipment is used correctly, is maintained and stored correctly.
Requirements:
Background in hard landscaping;
Experience in soft landscaping would be advantageous;
Previous experience in using landscaping equipment;
Excellent attention to detail;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Full UK driving licence;
Reliable, physically fit, punctual and a strong team player.
For the right candidate there will be the opportunity to undertake further training and development as well as taking on more responsibility within the role.
We would be willing to look at part time for someone studying towards a landscaping qualification.
The role will involve, but not be limited to:
Undertaking hard and soft landscaping labour duties on domestic and commercial sites such as preparing the ground, heavy lifting, digging, planting, grass cutting, cement mixing etc. to name but a few;
Groundworks for domestic construction projects;
Assist with carrying out landscaping projects from start to finish;
Following health & safety guidelines;
Ensuring equipment is used correctly, is maintained and stored correctly.
Requirements:
Experience in either a landscaping or construction environment;
Experience in hard landscaping in particular is a bonus but general Construction type work is sufficient;
Full UK driving licence;
Excellent attention to detail;
Reliable, physically fit, punctual and a strong team player.
For the right candidate there will be opportunity to take on more responsibility and learn on the job with further training and qualifications available down the line. This role could lead to you becoming a skilled labourer and subsequently landscaper.
